Im sorry for your loss. Are you related to any Carothers in Franklin TN? There is a Carothers parkway and several small Carothers family cemeteries here in Franklin/Cool Springs. I am in the process of documenting them right now for a local website in Cool Springs.
The short answer is no. I have an ancestor William Carothers born around 1785 in North Carolina, but I have yet to determine his parents and siblings.
